- milk - 5 c
- Cool Whip - 12 oz
- graham crackers - 1 lb
- large instant vanilla pudding mix - 2 item
- tub chocolate frosting Duncan Hines - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclair:
Mix together pudding mix and milk. Let set. Fold in Cool Whip. Line 13 x 9-inch pan with whole graham crackers. Layer pudding mix with graham crackers. Heat frosting in microwave for one minute. Pour over layer. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Enjoy!Recipe categories: Desserts, Time to make, > 1 day.
