Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- evaporated milk - 1/4 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- vanilla instant pudding - 2 pkg
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- medium size container nondairy topping - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclair:
Combine pudding and milk. Beat until thick. Fold in nondairy topping. In a 9 x 13-inch dish, layer bottom with whole graham crackers. Pour pudding mix over crackers and add another layer of crackers on top of pudding. Top with icing.Icing: Bring remaining ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly. Let cool a minute and add 1 stick of margarine and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Mix thoroughly and pour over cake.
