How to make chocolate dessert:

Crumble ingredients together. Press in 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Cool.Filling:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 c. powdered sugar1 c. cool whip3 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding3 3/4 c. milk cool whip chocolate chips Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup cool whip. Spread carefully on crust. Mix pudding and milk for 3 minutes on low speed. Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Cover with cool whip and chocolate chips, then refrigerate.
