bar semi-sweet chocolate or chocolate chips - 1 item

How to make chocolate delight:

Preheat oven to 350°. Chop nuts until the size of rice. Add butter and flour, mix thoroughly. Spread on bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. (Dip fingers in flour to help spread crust.) Bake 15 to 20 minutes until edges are brown. Remove from oven and cool.

Mix cream cheese, sugar and half of the Cool Whip in a food processor until fully mixed. Spread over crust. Place milk and both puddings in a bowl and mix with a wire whisk until all lumps are gone. Spread over cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip and chocolate. Chill.
