Chocolate crinkles
Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- unsweetened chocolate - 4 sq
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 c
How to make chocolate crinkles:
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Measure flour, baking powder and salt; stir into oil mixture. Chill several hours or overnight.Heat oven to 350°. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into powdered sugar. Roll; shape into balls. Place about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Do not overbake.
