Chocolate crinkle cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 8 item
• granulated sugar - 4 c
• vanilla extract - 4 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 4 c
• semi-sweet chocolate chips - 12 oz
• confectioners sugar - 1 item
• baking powder - 4 tsp
• unsweetened chocolate - 8 oz
• salad oil - 1 c

How to make chocolate crinkle cookies:

Melt chocolate squares over low heat. Add sugar and oil. One at a time, beat in eggs. Stir in vanilla and chocolate chips. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Combine the dry ingredients with the chocolate mixture. Chill for 2 hours. Form the dough into 1-inch balls and roll in confectioners sugar. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes on greased cookie sheets.
