Chocolate crinkle cookies

- eggs - 8 item
- granulated sugar - 4 c
- vanilla extract - 4 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 12 oz
- confectioners sugar - 1 item
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- unsweetened chocolate - 8 oz
- salad oil - 1 c
How to make chocolate crinkle cookies:
Melt chocolate squares over low heat. Add sugar and oil. One at a time, beat in eggs. Stir in vanilla and chocolate chips. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Combine the dry ingredients with the chocolate mixture. Chill for 2 hours. Form the dough into 1-inch balls and roll in confectioners sugar.
