Chocolate cream pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• vanilla
• milk
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• butter - 1 Tbsp
• cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
• egg yolks - 3 item
• cocoa - 1/2 c
• 9-inch baked pie shell - 1 item

How to make chocolate cream pie:

Mix together in a large kettle the sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and cornstarch. Stir constantly and boil for 1 minute. Have the yolks slightly beaten in a medium bowl. Mix in some of the boiled pudding into egg yolks; stir constantly, then put it back in kettle and boil for 1 minute. Mix in the butter and vanilla. Pour into a 9-inch baked pie shell. Top with meringue and bake.
