  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • confectioners sugar - 3 c
  • margarine, softened - 1/3 c
  • melting chocolate - 1/2 lb
  • jar maraschino cherries, drained with stems - 20 oz

How to make chocolate covered cherries:

Cream together sugar, margarine and milk until smooth. Chill until firm. Place 1 teaspoon mixture in palm of hand. Gently pat and form an even layer large enough to cover a cherry. Place cherry (with stem) in center and mold mixture to cover cherry. P
