Cheese cake

Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
• sugar
• cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
• melted butter - 4 Tbsp
• can cherry pie filling - 1 item
• boxes cream cheese at room temperature - 2 oz

How to make cheese cake:

Combine crumbs, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and 1/4 cup of sugar in bowl; mix well. Pat mixture in a 9-inch spring-form pan and chill.

Beat eggs until pale and slightly thickened; add sour cream, flour, salt, remaining sugar and vanilla; beat until well blended. Add cream cheese. Spoon all onto crust. Bake at 325° for 60 minutes. Cool, then chill in fridge. Top with cherry pie filling or favorite fruit or sauce.
