Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- water - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- pecans - 1 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- 4 oz
- box powdered sugar
- stick oleo - 1 item
How to make chocolate chip cake:
Icing:1 lb. box powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 stick oleo1 Tbsp. vanilla Cake: In a large bowl, mix together cake mix with pudding and water. Then add the chocolate chips and pecans. Bake in 3 round cake pans at 350° for 35 minutes. Let cool.Icing: Mix all ingredients together and spread on the cake.
Be sure to cook the cake long enough or it will tend to be soggy. Keeps well in refrigerator.
