Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- egg - 1 item
- egg whites - 2 item
- grated lime peel - 1/2 tsp
- fresh lime juice - 3 Tbsp
- stick butter or margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
- Equal spoonful or 3 Equal packets - 2 Tbsp
- Equal spoonful or 16 Equal packets - 2/3 c
How to make cool lime cheesecake:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and 2 tablespoons Equal spoonful in bottom of 8-inch spring-form pan or 8-inch round cake pan; pat evenly on bottom and 1/2-inch up sides of pan. Bake in preheated 325° oven for 8 minutes.Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup Equal spoonful in medium bowl until fluffy. Beat in egg, egg whites, lime peel and juice until well blended. Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared crust. Bake in 325° oven 30 to 35 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on wire rack. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Makes 8 servings.
