Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- almond extract - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- Cake:1 stick butter
- sugar and chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
How to make cinnamon sour cream cake:
Cake:1 stick butter1 c. sugar3 eggs1 c. sour cream1 tsp. almond extract1 tsp. vanilla3 c. flour3 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, beating after each egg. Add sour cream and extracts. Gradually add dry ingredients on low speed until blended. Spread 1/2 batter in greased and floured tube pan. Sprinkle with 3/4 of filling mix. Spread rest of batter and then sprinkle more filling mix. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack, then remove cake from pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
