Brownie pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 3/4 c
- sifted flour - 1 c
- hot water
- salad oil - 2 Tbsp
How to make brownie pudding:
Sift together the first 5 ingredients. Add milk, salad oil and vanilla; mix until smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.Mix together the brown sugar and cocoa; sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over entire batter. Bake in moderate oven at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve while warm with whipped topping, vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
