Chinese lobster sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- boiling water - 4 bouillon
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- hamburger - 2 lb
- dash of ginger - 1 item
- Gravy Master - 4 tsp
- to 4 minced cloves garlic - 2 item
- cooked shrimp optional - 1 item
How to make chinese lobster sauce:
In a wok, brown the hamburger. Drain fat. Add beaten eggs, garlic and sugar. Mix well. To the dissolved bouillon cubes, add the cornstarch, soy sauce, ginger and Gravy Master and pour over meat mixture. Simmer for 10 minutes, uncovered.Suggestion: Heat fully cooked shrimp in sauce for 1 minute. Serve over boiled rice and snow peas.
