Chinese chicken wings
Ingredients/Components
- chicken wings - 3 lb
- soy sauce - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- white sugar - 3 Tbsp
- light brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- ground ginger - 1 tsp
- hot water, with 1 chicken bouillon cube - 1/3 c
- crushed garlic cloves - 2 item
- red pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make chinese chicken wings:
Cut wings into 3 parts. Discard tips. Marinate in combination of all ingredients for minimum of 2 hours. Bake in single layer at 350°, uncovered, basting often, turning once, for 1 hour. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Condiments, etc..
