  • chicken wings - 3 lb
  • soy sauce - 1/3 c
  • vinegar - 3 Tbsp
  • white sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • light brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • ground ginger - 1 tsp
  • hot water, with 1 chicken bouillon cube - 1/3 c
  • crushed garlic cloves - 2 item
  • red pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make chinese chicken wings:

Cut wings into 3 parts. Discard tips. Marinate in combination of all ingredients for minimum of 2 hours. Bake in single layer at 350°, uncovered, basting often, turning once, for 1 hour. Serve hot.
