Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- ground ginger - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/3 c
- chicken wings - 3 lb
- cloves crushed garlic - 2 item
- each: granulated and brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
How to make chinese chicken wings:
Disjoint wings; discard tips. Stir together all marinade ingredients. Put wings in heavy plastic bag or marinating container. Cover with marinade. Marinate at least 2 hours. Overnight is best. To cook, place in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 1 hour at 350°. Serves 10 to 12 or less.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Condiments, etc..
