Chinese chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 2/3 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 1 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- Chinese noodles - 1 item
- large chicken breasts - 2 item
- can water chestnuts, chopped - 1 item
- white and wild rice 4 oz - 1 pkg
How to make chinese chicken casserole:
Cook the rice. Cook chicken breasts and cube. Mix all together and refrigerate overnight. You may want to add 1/2 cup milk before baking if it seems too dry. Before baking, cover with Chinese noodles. Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
