Ingredients/Components
- corn oil - 1 Tbsp
- oyster sauce - 2 Tbsp
- stalks Chinese broccoli, cut into 5-inch lengths - 12 item
How to make chinese broccoli with oyster sauce:
Bring 1/2 pot of water to a boil. Add a dash of salt. Place the Chinese broccoli in the water and cook for 2 minutes. Remove and drain. Place on a serving platter and sprinkle with oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon corn oil. Remove and serve.Recipe categories: Side dish, Bok choys, Greens.
