Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- large can evaporated milk - 1 item
- grated Jack cheese - 1/2 lb
- large and 1 small can Ortega green chile pepper - 1 item
How to make chili rellenos casserole:
Line casserole with layer of chile peppers. Cover with cheese and top with another layer of peppers. Beat eggs, salt and milk. Pour over cheese and bake 45 minutes at 350° until custard sets.Recipe categories: Egg, Cheese, Main dish.
