Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- Swiss cheese, grated - 1 item
- medium size chilies or green bell peppers about 5
How to make chili rellenos:
Roast peppers until skin peels off easily. Make a small slit in sides of peppers. Stuff with grated Swiss cheese. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in the yolks. Roll peppers in flour. Dip in eggs. Fry until golden brown.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Peppers.
