Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- picante sauce medium or mild - 3 Tbsp
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chopped green chilies - 1 item
- can chopped green chilies use 1/2 of can - 1 item
How to make chili con queso dip:
Cut cheese into cubes. Add Ro-Tel, picante sauce and 1/2 can of chopped green chilies. Mix ingredients and cover dish. Microwave for 8 to 12 minutes. Serve with tostada chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Cheese.
