Ingredients/Components

  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • Philadelphia cream cheese
  • Roquefort cheese - 1/4 lb
  • finely ground pecans - 1 c
  • jar Old English or Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • small grated onion or more - 1/2 item
  • ground or finely chopped parsley to taste - 1 item

How to make cheese ball:

Keep cheese at room temperature and mix up with hands. Add 1/2 cup nuts, parsley, Worcestershire and onions. Mix thoroughly and let stand in refrigerator until firm, then roll into ball and roll entire ball in mixture of remaining nuts and parsley. Press onto snack crackers.
