Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- salt to taste - 1 item
- Philadelphia cream cheese
- Roquefort cheese - 1/4 lb
- finely ground pecans - 1 c
- jar Old English or Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- small grated onion or more - 1/2 item
- ground or finely chopped parsley to taste - 1 item
How to make cheese ball:
Keep cheese at room temperature and mix up with hands. Add 1/2 cup nuts, parsley, Worcestershire and onions. Mix thoroughly and let stand in refrigerator until firm, then roll into ball and roll entire ball in mixture of remaining nuts and parsley.
