Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water
- 12 oz - 4 cans
- chili powder - 3 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- plus 1 1/2 tsp - 1 Tbsp
- ground chuck - 3 4
- each kidney beans - 2 cans
- each chili hot beans - 2 cans
How to make chili con carne:
This recipe has been used for Bethel Chili Supper. It serves 25 people.Brown beef and onions. Drain off fat. Add the rest of ingredients. Heat to boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally.
