Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • finely chopped pecans - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
  • chili powder - 1 tsp
  • dash of red pepper - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar sharp cheese - 2 c

How to make chili cheese ball:

Have ingredients at room temperature. Roll into ball or log, then roll in mixture of pecans, chili powder and paprika. Yields 1 cheese ball.
