Spaghetti and meat balls
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- chili powder
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- fat/oil - 2 Tbsp
How to make spaghetti and meat balls:
Season meat with salt and pepper. Mix lightly and form into balls. Cook onion in hot fat until soft. Push to side of pan. Brown meat balls lightly on all sides. Stir in tomato sauce, water, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes. Pour over hot, drained spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese.Recipe given to me by mother, Nadine Watts.
