Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • brown sugar
  • water
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1 item
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • ham - 1 lb
  • pork steak

How to make ham balls:

Sauce:1 c. water1/2 c. vinegar1 1/2 c. brown sugar1 tsp. dry mustard Grind ham and pork steak together. Mix with cracker crumbs, milk, pepper and eggs. Form into balls. Place in baking dish. Mix sauce ingredients together. Pour over meat balls, coating them well. Bake 2 hours in 350° oven.
