- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 2 tsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- can chili beans - 1 item
- small can tomato paste - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
- Williams chili seasoning - 1 pkg
- large can tomato juice - 1 item
How to make chili:
Brown onion and garlic in oil. Add ground beef; brown completely. Drain off fat. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer one hour or until ready to serve.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
