Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cold water - 2 Tbsp
- boiling water - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1 Tbsp
- diced green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- chili powder
- sliced onion - 1/2 c
- canned tomatoes - 1 c
- chopped meat - 1/2 lb
- canned red kidney beans - 2 c
- 1/2 cloves minced garlic - 1 item
How to make chili:
Brown meat, onion, pepper and garlic in oil. Drain. Add all ingredients except beans; cook for 1 1/2 hours on top of stove. Add beans, cook for 1 more hour on medium heat, stir occasionally.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
