  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • diced chicken breasts - 4 c
  • flour tortillas split - 6 item
  • cans tomatoes with chilies, drained - 3 item
  • shredded Monterey and Cheddar cheese - 2 c

How to make chicken tortilla casserole:

Cook chicken. Cool and dice. Mix chicken with sour cream and tomatoes. Line 13 x 9-inch casserole dish with 2 tortillas, layer with chicken mixture and sprinkle on cheese. Layer twice more, ending with cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 350°. Cool 5 to 10 minutes. Serves 8.
