Chicken tortilla casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese - 3 c
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 c
- tortillas - 1 item
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 5 item
How to make chicken tortilla casserole:
Boil chicken; cut into chunks or strips. Mix with soups, sour cream and 2 cups of cheese. Fill tortillas with mixture. Leave enough to spread over the top of rolled tortillas. Place in casserole dish. Spread leftover mixture over the top. Top with 1 cup of cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until hot.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Casseroles.
