Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chicken broth
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 3
- lemon pepper - 1 tsp
- celery salt - 1 tsp
- Accent - 1 tsp
- jar pimento - 1 oz
- cooked, diced chicken - 3 c
- thin noodles - 10 oz
- green peas, drained - 1 c
- cans creamy chicken mushroom soup - 3 item
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Cook noodles; drain and rinse in cold water. Saute onion in margarine; add Accent, celery salt and lemon pepper. Mix well. Add soup, broth, noodles and chicken. Mix well after each addition. Add peas and pimento. Mix thoroughly.Pour into a large casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
