- can low-fat cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded low-fat cheese - 1 c
- cooked chicken, deboned
- cooked spaghetti - 4 c
- minced garlic - 1 tsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
In a saucepan, blend soup, 1/2 cup water and cheese. Heat slowly until cheese melts. Blend in remaining ingredients. Serves 4. Has approximately 6 grams fat per serving.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
