Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- diced onion - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- chicken breasts - 2 (3
- cans milk - 2 item
- or 2 garlic buds - 1 item
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Fry chicken until done; cool. Saute celery, onion and garlic until tender. Add soup and milk. Simmer until all is mixed well. Add chicken that has been deboned and cut up. Add about 8 to 16 ounces cooked spaghetti and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Mix well. Put in oven and bake 45 minutes. May have to add more milk. The last few minutes, sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
