- milk - 3/4 c
- whole chicken breasts - 4 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- stick butter melted - 1 item
- bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1 item
- chicken broth from stewed chicken - 1/4 c
- stewed chicken broth - 1 c
How to make chicken stuffing casserole:
Stew the chicken. Cool and bone. But chicken into small pieces and place in greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix soup, milk and 1/4 cup broth. Pour over chicken. Mix stuffing mix, 1 cup broth and butter; put mixture on top of chicken. Bake at 350° for 1 hour (1/2 hour covered with foil and 1/2 hour uncovered).Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
