Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 3/4
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- buttered bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
- cooked medium noodles - 2 c
- cubed, cooked chicken or 7 oz - 1 c
How to make chicken stroganoff casserole:
Blend soup and sour cream. Stir in milk. Add chicken or tuna, parsley, pimento, seasonings and noodles. Pour into 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 3 to 4 servings. All you need to compleRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
