- fine bread crumbs - 1 item
- chicken breasts, skinned and boned - 1 item
How to make chicken saute:
Cut chicken in slices or small chunks. Dip in melted butter; roll in bread crumbs. Saute in remaining butter until golden brown on both sides (this doesn't take long). Serve hot with cocktail picks.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
