Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 item
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 1 c
- juice of 1 lemon
- garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
- white wine - 1 c
- to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
- green onion, diced or more - 1 item
- 2-inch wedge lettuce - 1 item
How to make chicken saute:
Slice chicken breasts into 1-inch strips. Dust with flour on all sides. Melt margarine in skillet. Saute strips while adding rest of ingredients. Put lid on and simmer for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
