- mayonnaise - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- chicken, skinned and defatted - 3 4
- whole bunch celery heart enough celery to equal amount of chicken - 1 item
- sweet salad pickle cubes - 1 item
How to make chicken salad:
Cook chicken until thoroughly done and falls off the bone. Do not chop or grind chicken. Just cut into bite size pieces. Amounts of mayonnaise, pickle cubes, salt and pepper will vary to suit the taste of the cook.This chicken salad is better if made at least 24 hours before you plan to serve.
