Ingredients/Components
- water - 3 c
- oleo - 3 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- celery - 1 c
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- dried onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- cut up chicken - 1 item
How to make chicken rice casserole:
Lightly salt and pepper chicken. Put chicken in bottom of baking dish. Saute celery in oleo. Add to baking dish. Add rice. Combine soups and water. Pour in. Sprinkle dried onion soup mix over chicken and other ingredients. Bake 45 minutes at 350°, uncovered.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
