- chicken, cut up - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- soup can water - 1 item
How to make chicken rice casserole:
Melt margarine in a 9 x 12-inch baking pan. Add onion and rice. Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken. Place chicken and pour soups over chicken. Add water and bake, covered with foil, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover the last 15 minutes to brown cRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
