How to make chicken rice casserole:

Melt margarine in a 9 x 12-inch baking pan. Add onion and rice. Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken. Place chicken and pour soups over chicken. Add water and bake, covered with foil, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover the last 15 minutes to brown c
