Chicken pecan quiche
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- pecan halves - 1/4 c
- pecans - 3/4 c
- paprika
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- onion - 1/4 c
- dill weed - 1/4 tsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- fat-free chicken broth - 1/2 c
- cubed cooked chicken - 2 c
- large eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- light mayo - 1/4 c
- Bake at 350° for 12 minutes
- to 5 drops hot sauce - 3 item
How to make chicken pecan quiche:
Mix well and press into deep-dish 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes. Cool completely.Filling:1 c. sour cream1/4 c. light mayo1/2 c. fat-free chicken broth3 large eggs, slightly beaten2 c. cubed cooked chicken1/4 c. onion1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese1/4 tsp. dill weed3 to 5 drops hot sauce1/4 c. pecan halves Whisk first 4 ingredients until smooth with wire whisk. Add to chicken, onion, cheese, dill weed and hot sauce. Sprinkle on pecan halves. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes. Serves 8.May be put together for baking next day.
