Chicken pecan quiche

Ingredients/Components

• chopped pecans - 1/2 c
• milk - 1 c
• flour - 1 Tbsp
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• chopped onion - 1/4 c
• grated Swiss cheese - 1 c
• hot mustard - 1/2 tsp
• 9-inch pie shell, baked and cooled - 1 item
• cooked chicken, finely chopped - 1 c

How to make chicken pecan quiche:

Mix chicken, Swiss cheese, onion, flour and 1/4 cup of the pecans. Sprinkle into cooled crust. Mix eggs, milk and mustard and pour over chicken mixture. Top with remaining 1/4 cup pecans. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
