Chicken pecan quiche
Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- grated Swiss cheese - 1 c
- hot mustard - 1/2 tsp
- 9-inch pie shell, baked and cooled - 1 item
- cooked chicken, finely chopped - 1 c
How to make chicken pecan quiche:
Mix chicken, Swiss cheese, onion, flour and 1/4 cup of the pecans. Sprinkle into cooled crust. Mix eggs, milk and mustard and pour over chicken mixture. Top with remaining 1/4 cup pecans. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Fruit, Main dish, One Dish meal.
