Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes - 1 c
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped - 2 c
- cooked rice - 1 c
- boiled eggs, chopped - 3 item
- real mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- cooked chicken, cut in medium pieces - 3 c
How to make chicken olivia:
Mix all ingredients except butter, corn flakes and almonds. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. In frying pan, melt butter. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs and almonds in butter. Stir and sizzle for a few minutes.
