- pkg - 10 oz
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- can chicken broth - 1 3/4
- cooked chicken, cubed - 4 c
- butter bread crumbs - 1 c
How to make chicken noodle casserole:
Heat oven to 350°. In medium saucepan, melt margarine; blend in flour. Stir in milk, salt and chicken broth. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Grease 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix chicken and noodles with sauce. Pour in pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until top is lightly browned.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
