Chicken mushroom soup
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 6 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- onion, diced - 1/2 item
- mushrooms, sliced - 12 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- celery, diced - 1/4 c
- cooked chicken white meat - 1/2 c
How to make chicken mushroom soup:
Combine broth, celery and onion. Cook until tender, then add mushrooms and chicken. Boil about 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper and sauce. Add eggs gradually and cook until firm. Serve at once. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Chicken, Bisques/cream soups.
