Ingredients/Components

  • vegetable oil - 1/4 c
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • red wine vinegar - 1/4 c
  • soy sauce - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • basil - 1/2 tsp
  • to 6 chicken breasts - 4 item

How to make chicken marinade:

Combine ingredients and pour over chicken pieces in nonmetal dish. Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours, turning occasionally.

Grill chicken, basting with the marinade while cooking. Cook for about 45 minutes or until tender. Serves 4.
