  • vegetable oil - 2/3 c
  • red wine vinegar - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • soy sauce - 2 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • curry powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • bacon strips, cooked and crumbled - 5 item
  • hard-cooked eggs, sliced - 2 item

How to make super spinach salad:

Combine first 10 ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly and shake until well mixed; set aside. Place spinach in large bowl. Just before serving, pour dressing over spinach and toss gently. Garnish with bacon pieces and egg slices.
