Ingredients/Components

  • vegetable oil - 1/4 c
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • red wine vinegar - 1/4 c
  • soy sauce - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • parsley - 1/2 tsp
  • sweet basil - 1/2 tsp

How to make chicken marinade:

Combine all ingredients.

Note: Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade to baste chicken while cooking.

Pour mixture over chicken pieces in a nonmetal dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight (turn occasionally). Best when grilling.
