  • mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • onion, grated - 1 Tbsp
  • mayo - 1 Tbsp
  • chicken livers - 1 lb

How to make chicken liver pate:

Cook liver in simmering water for 10 minutes. Drain and chop fine. Blend liver and remaining ingredients to smooth paste. Cover and refrigerate.
