Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • salt
  • water - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1/2 c
  • mustard
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • Wesson oil - 1/2 c
  • to 10 pieces chicken - 8 item

How to make oven barbecued chicken:

Mix all together and shake well. Pour half of the mixture over the chicken pieces. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours, covered with foil. Uncover and pour the rest of the sauce over. Bake, uncovered, 1/2 hour more.
